We specialise in documentary, narrative film, branded content, commercial video, and photography. While proudly Indigenous-owned, we are not limited to Indigenous stories. Our team is made up of culturally diverse creatives, and we work across all sectors and genres to deliver world-class content. Born from a deep connection to country and a passion for powerful story telling. Wirrim Media was founded on the values of authenticity, creativity, and impact. The name "Wirrim" is inspired by Wirrimbirra, meaning beautiful home — The name of a family property just outside Canberra. “Wirrim” now represents the home we’ve built for compelling, meaningful, and diverse media production.Since creating our first short film in 2009, we’ve been driven by a single mission: to bring important stories to life through film, photography, and digital content. Stories that inspire, showcase, and spark conversation.
